Perched on a promontory, the estate also includes a castle and a romantic park with breathtaking views of the Charolais mountains, the foothills of the Auvergne, and, on a clear day, Mont Blanc. Nestled in a magnificent, unspoiled natural setting, bordering woods and meadows, it adjoins the vast, wild Avaise forest, a protected ZNIEFF (Zone Naturelle d'Intérêt Écologique, Faunistique et Floristique - Natural Area of Ecological, Faunistic and Floristic Interest).
