### Charming Farmhouse in Mayenne: Garden, Bikes, Family Amenities, Near Mont Saint Michel

In the heart of the Mayennais bocage, in a hilly landscape, you will appreciate this pleasant 18th century farmhouse surrounded by a private and fully enclosed landscaped garden.  
La Closerie de la Vergée has large rooms: a living room with a 32m² wood stove, 3 bedrooms from 15 to 22m², 5 beds in total (2\*140 and 3\*90). The kitchen is fully equipped. The covered courtyard allows you to play ping-pong, swing or Dutch billiards. To enjoy the outdoors, the garden furniture is complete, including the masonry charcoal barbecue. The little ones can play in the sandbox (buckets and shovels available) and discover the activities of the farm with Claudine and Romain, the owners.  
As soon as you arrive, you are welcomed with fresh farm produce!  
  
Discover the surrounding countryside on the hiking or cycling trails: 8 bikes are at your disposal, 5 adult sizes and 3 children's.  
  
Shops are in Gorron 7km away. In Désertine (3km) you have access to vending machines for bread and fresh produce.  
  
For your leisure, 7km away, the Colmont leisure center offers treetop courses (from 4 years old and adults), paintball, swin golf, laser game, kayaking and mountain bike rental. Also available for mini kayak/mountain bike raids upon reservation. Open from April to October.  
The Renaudies garden, in Colombier du Plessis, is a must, an English-inspired garden, ecomuseum and ephemeral labyrinth in summer (12km).  
Discover the Marian city of Pontmain, a major place of pilgrimage in the West since the apparition of Mary in 1871.  
  
From the gîte, escape to Mont Saint Michel, just 1 hour 15 minutes by car.  
  
Professional stay: 5 people maximum (5 beds and 3 bedrooms) - Mandatory cleaning 1 per stay of 1 to 14 nights.

Options: cleaning €60 (stays of 1 to 14 nights) - single bed sheets €7 - double bed sheets €10 - Towels €4/pers.  
Electric heating on meter reading > 8kWh/day to be paid to the owner at the end of the stay.
