"This hotel was fabulous in every way! It was in a perfect convenient location. The staff was attentive and fabulous before I ever checked in and even better when I arrived! The beds are comfortable. The amenities are plentiful! Excellent!"

"Fantastic stay at Insiide Melia in Liverpool. Room immaculate with fantastic views of the river. Bed a little hard but still comfy and slept well. Depite being directly below the Sky Bar we heard no nice at all. The staff were so helpful especially when my partner and I both realised we didn't have our phone chargers at midnight and a membee of reception kindly brought two up to the room. The only thing that wasn't great was the shower pressure and not having a pen in the room to complete the room service breakfast order but apart from those hiccups the hotel was 100%. Thanks."

"Parking is not on site - it’s a good 5. Minute walk away at the NCP parking. I opted for a closer one and paid the little more. The American sounding receptionist is useless and isn’t interested in helping or has any knowledge of the city. Room is adequate. No tea coffee or kettle in room"
