I loved this property. Clean, modern, large suit with awesome view of ocean, nice size balcony, we had bathtub and shower. Breakfast was not wow but we didnt care. Staff were polite and friendly. Dog friendly help us tremendously. location was good and nice walking path. parking was easy.

Loved the beach and the area around this property. Loved the private balcony and the deck and the 3rd floor deck. Bathroom needed a little maintenance and up keeping. Loved that the hotel had chairs, towels and a body board we could use ant the beach. Overall neat place with a great atmosphere and a terrific location.

The resort is very comfortable, cozy and has great decor. The service was excellent. The room is very clean. We had a great view to the pool and the vineyards. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Paso Robles.

"Clean and friendly hotel with great views and beach access. Edgewater isnt new and shiny, but is up to date and a very clean comfortable place to spend time on the central coast! They have free parking, and are within walking didtance to every thing."
