Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 19 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen and a bathroom. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The apartment is ideally located in Saint-André-les-Vergers, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

\- Approx. 5 minutes by car: Complexe Sportif Henri Terré (Troyes)   
\- About 10 minutes by car: Maison de l'Outil et de la Pensée Ouvrière, Musée d'Art Moderne, Parc des Moulins, Escapade shopping center and downtown Troyes  
\- Approx. 30 minutes away: Circuit des Églises à Pans de Bois (Troyes and surrounding area)

If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the apartment.
