"This is a wonderful hotel in the heart of old town Colmar. We slept with our window open and enjoyed using the sauna at the end of a busy day. The staff were very courteous and the rooms were a great size and had all the nice amenities. This was a wonderful experience and I would stay there again! Plus it’s a 13 min walk from the train station if you’re coming from Paris or Strasbourg. I’m pretty particular when it comes to travel and this hotel exceeded my expectations. "

"The location of the hotel is perfect. It’s 15 minutes walk from the train station and 5-6 minutes walk to bus stops for local buses. Also very close to all attractions. It’s very well managed. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Joanna and Emma were super helpful with their advices at the reception. Croissants couldn’t be more fresh as they just come from the oven. Thank you for making my holiday enjoyable. I come here next time as well. "

"Solid older hotel with good service. Great bed and excellent bath / shower. Quiet (power window shutters for our room which was above the Main Street). Onsite parking that was secure. Tram is directly in front of hotel. Walking distance to main shopping area as well as auto and art museums. Highly recommended."

"Driving in France on holiday from the UK. Great position near the centre of Colmar. Large room with all the facilities. Good breakfast and options if you prefer to eat in your room. This was the first time we have used Novotel Suites. I was impressed."
