Arrivée un peu après 20h30 un 1er mai, la réception était fermée. J'ai téléphoné au numéro de téléphone qui était inscrit devant la barrière de parking de l'hôtel et suis tombée sur une messagerie. Je n'ai jamais pu joindre quelqu'un.Même en faisant le numéro de téléphone de l'hotel Avec ma fille il a fallu trouver un autre hôtel en urgence. Et pas de remboursement possible. Je suis très fâchée.

Hôtel très bien situé: à 15 mins à peu près du zoo de Beauval. Chambre très correcte et personnel d accueil très sympathique!
