No one was at the check-in counter when we got there. We waited roughly 5 minutes before anyone came up. That being said, the lady working the desk was very nice. They were having issues with keys not working and running out of keys. She had to go to a neighboring/sister hotel to get us a key. It worked fine though thankfully. Check in took roughly 20 minutes or so the whole way around. Also there were quite a few families with lots of kids hanging out in the lobby when we got there, so it was very loud! This was at 9:30pm. The hotel itself is pretty clean, so no complaints there. The elevator is a bit sketchy, but most are at hotels.

The room was very nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff were very nice and pleasant. Overall great stay will stay here again if i need a room for the night.

This is the second time I have booked with Expedia and found myself in a hotel room that was damaged or subpar in terms of quality despite the hotel being a 4 star hotel and the reviews being above average or decent. I just won't be using Expedia to book hotel rooms anymore.

Right in the center of stores and restaurants. The rooms needed to be cleaner the in door pool was freezing and the jaquezz was filthy scrub around the edges and toilet paper was in it

Upon arriving the check in staff were very friendly and welcoming . Pool was small but the area was really clean . Staff was quick to bring in more towels as needed . Breakfast was decent . Staff cleaning and refilling that area were also very friendly and made small talk with my kids . Overall I would definitely stay here again

Staff was amazing! Hotel was clean. Breakfast was just ok on day they had egg sausage waffles yogurt next day was the same but with ham. The bad was the doors to the bathroom and the shower didnt shut. And the pool is extremely small like just the size of a big hottub. And it was freezing.

Our stay was comforted by lovely staff whom are very attentive and friendly. Having a newborn, they accommodated us in so many ways while the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I found the carpets in the stairwell and common areas needing cleaning while the doors slam really loud. Good thing they have an on fan system to create white noise for our newborn to sleep soundly through the bangs.

This property was far below my standards for the cost. The hot tub was filthy. There was a line of dirt on my daughter’s shoulders after getting out of the hot tub. Also almost no towels in the pool area and those that were provided were very small. There were two treadmills and one was out of order. There were no sanitation wipes to clean the fitness equipment after being used. There were literally three bags of chips in their little “store” in the lobby where you could purchase late night snacks. There were five people in the room that were accounted for in the reservation but only three large bath towels. Overall, would not stay here again.
