I have never experienced this using Expedia. Most of the motel was condemned unusable the rest was dirty, very outdated, and I believe unsafe.

We apologize for any inconvenience. Our motel rooms are very clean and kept to high standards. Our location is vey safe and we have never had any problems before.

Greeted by bugs and spiders. No blanket. Old worn out pillows on a foldout (?) rickety bed. Door latch has been damaged. AND. The photo on their website is a complete lie, false advertising. There are a couple of rooms. Another section is boarded up. The back yard is a dump, literally, surrounded by a trailer park. I wouldn’t stay. The motel and the neighborhood are not safe. And, of course, no refund from them. I didn’t care at that point. I just wanted out, ran as fast as I could. Fortunately the great staff at O’Reiilys Car parts (just down the road) helped me find a better part of town. They KNEW the Regency was horrible. And, by the time I got checked in to another place, most of the restaurants were about to close! I drove 1,000 miles to get here, all in one day. After checking 6 restaurants, I finally found one that could AND WOULD serve me. There was one other that could have, but staff were busy visiting each other. I gave up waiting to be seated and left. Over all, I don’t think I will EVER visit Saginaw MI again.

After inspecting our room, we saw no bugs or spiders and we strongly believe our rooms are comfortable and up to high standards-with neatness and cleanliness. Our photos exactly depict what the rooms will be like. We also offered you another room if you didn't like that one. It is not our problem that the restaurants were closed and that you did not like Saginaw, this all should have been on you and your travel planning. Maybe try reserving a room in an expensive franchise hotel next time.

Was not as picture would make you think. Smelt like mold in there, looked very very sketchy, felt very uncomfortable there, saw some bugs and noped out of there

Well, i was kinda expecting something a bit nicer really. The rooms were very poorly maintained. The jacuzzi tub didn't work, the tubs drain plug didn't even seal so there was no way to hold water in long enough to enjoy a relaxing bath. The plug by the bed didn't work. There was a jerry rigged extension cord by the door that worked though. There was a ton of hair on the shower curtain that i found after attempting a relaxing bath after the long drive i took to get there. The whole place just looked really ghetto. I know the room was cheap, but I definitely won't be back. There was some major issues with the room that i feel are safety hazards like the electrical

It was a busy weekend in the area due to the Frankenmuth Autofest. I found this motel available and at a reasonable price. The staff was nice and the bed was clean and comfy. Couldn't get the jet tub to work but that wasn't a big deal. Had to use a washcloth for the tub stopper since there wasn't one. The TV surround was 1x6 pine that was crudely assembled. The white interior trim was overpainted in spots with the bright green wall finish. Overall not bad for the price. the AC worked great, it had a mini-fridge, microwave, and lots of channels to watch. Would I go back? Hmmmmm..

it was a very bad first impression. the check in was through security glass and using a sunken pass through slot. the sheets were rough and of poor quality and the toothpaste colored walls were awful. Location is nowhere amenities

tub drain plugged standing in water when showered, sink drain plug unattached , could not plug sink, carpet felt dirty, extension cords for plugging in lights, no mirror over sink for shaving and landscaping a mess. All around not a nice place. Was glad when we left. Will never go there again.

For $75.00 Cdn and that close to Frankenmuth it was good value. Other hotels about 5km away 3 times that much. Good place to sleep and shower but nothing else.

Curtain for window held up by pvc pipe half of window blocked up by piece of wood. tv framed by a 1 x 4 piece of lumber. burn hole in comforter. very old and outdated. Bed was rock hard. Bathroom had new tub and shower enclosure thou.

I asked for a blanket and was told I didn't need one " it's summer". I had to insist that he give me a blanket. Thank God there was a Walmart near by so I could buy towels because in 3 days I never got any. No trash removed from the room. Let alone any type housekeeping...in 3 days!

Get what you pay for.
We needed a cheap place to stay, and you get what you pay for. We found a dirty sock on the unvacuumed floor, and the room was just kind of grimy all over. Staff was friendly enough, if you're looking for somewhere to stay for pleasure, go elsewhere, if you are just needing a place to sleep, this will suffice...barely.

Upon walking into the room I was bombarded with the overwhelming smell of air freshener and bright green paint. I must assume the owners are the "do it yourself, and save a buck type." Half of the window was covered with wood and painted to match the room, curtain rod was pvc pipe and shower curtain rings were used to attach the curtain to the pipe. No fire escape or check out info posted anywhere. Too many poorly done items to mention. Stay somewhere else.

Older motel but clean.( if you are looking for "pretty" rooms than this might not be for you.)Was told "if you need room sevice please let us know" we stayed 2 nights. Did not need our bedding changed obviously. Just had to go to office for more towls Not a biggy and they abliged. beds very comfortable. People were nice.

We left 2 days early. Got bit by spiders and room smelled aweful. Cob webs all over in the corners of the room. We asked for our money back they said no because it was thru Expedia. Worst hotel stay I've ever had. Very disappointed would like my money back!

Worst place I've ever stayed
As soon as you walked into the room the bad smell hit your nose. There was inadequate lighting, no smoke alarm (against code) and cobwebs all over. The pillows were flat as pancakes. Mold and mildew on the shower curtain. Unfinished, slapped up two by fours framing the tv and in the bathroom.Toilet tank must have been cracked because it was taped up. Couldn't wait to leave.

not all motels are created equal: some fall short.
Jets didn't work in bathtub... dingy rooms with poor lighting... bed was rather uncomfortable... it gave us a roof over our heads, and that was about it. there was also a constant, low frequency hum in our room which, by the end of our stay, gave me an awful headache. oh yeah - while it snowed, the parking lot was not de-iced. pretty treacherous navigation, there.

Looks old and run down.
The room is small, lighting is terrible, floors were unswept and the bathroom door is very tiny. I ALWAYS check the bed to make sure there is clean sheets and to my surprise they were clean only positive thing I can say about the place.

You can't beat what you get for the price.
Compared to other motels in the area...you cannot beat what you get for the price you pay. Firstly, the staff is friendly and available 24 hours. For less than $10 more than other local motels this one includes soap and shampoo, cups in the room, a refrigerator, a microwave, a large shower and bathroom (with jacuzzi tub), and an ice machine in the lobby. I have stayed here numerous times. The rooms are clean, and are more soundproof than other local motels. I recommend this motel if you require the basics and a safe place to lay your head.

Front desk person nice. Bed comfortable. Rest was awful. From many ants in bathroom to NO rod or hangers, very small - you could barely move around. Raw wood, cigarette burn on tub, one small mirror, dingy lighting. At best, worth half the price we paid.

Terrible. Filthy. Dingy. Not worth the stay at all. They had a sign up no refund after checking in bec they knew the condition of their rooms. Only the washroom was bearable and the fridge bad washroom were clean. Everything else looked and smelled terrible. Guy charged our visa before we even Checked in. I wanted to pay cash Hubby said the worst motel we have stayed in and we travel to USA at least 5-6 times a yr

Its not a safe room to be in. The main door didnt even close all the way. You could literally see the sun peeking through the door. It was terrible.

Quiet, comfortable and relaxing experience.
Hotel was reasonably priced and easy to find in a quiet location. Room was clean, comfortable and had excellent facilities (microwave, fridge/freezer, free Wifi, jet tub). Hotel staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Thoroughly recommend for short breaks in Michigan.

Should be condemned.
I didn't stay. The room was disgusting. Filthy and smelly ..The lobby was aweful. . I cried at the thought of having to lay down in this place. I took pictures because no one would believe me. I felt like I was in a bad horrer film. I lost $90...... that man knows he should give me my money back. Hotels.com should take this hotel off your list of properties you do business with.

Nous avons été accueillis par un monsieur âgé. Les propriétaires s’étaient absentés. Il n’avait pas accès aux réservations faites par internet ni au terminal de carte bleue. Il voulait absolument un règlement en cash. Il nous a installés dans 2 chambres plus horribles l’une que l’autre. Sales, sentant mauvais et dans un état de délabrement inimaginable. Les propriétaires sont ensuite arrivés, nous ont installés dans une troisième chambre guère mieux. Vue l’heure tardive nous sommes restés. Seul point positif les draps bien qu’usés étaient propres et sentaient le frais, et les personnes étaient sympathiques malgré tout.
