Our room was not equipped with any extra pillows or blankets/sheets for the pullout couch. The staff delivered what they could find which was great except the blanket was a like a thin sheet material. The hotel could invest in something better for a “blanket” for the pullout couch. My children were cold. We stayed Friday night so Saturday morning the kids swam after breakfast. My daughter found a sock at the bottom of the pool which matched another sock that was in the corner under a table. The garbage was overflowing in the pool area. Clearly it was not cleaned up.

The Staff was professional and cordial. The first night there my grandsons loved swimming in the indoor pool, then made hot chocolate. Our room was roomy, clean and perfect accomodations for the 5 of us - we had 2 queen beds and a full size pullout sofa. We were so centrally located we could have walked everywhere we wanted to go if we brought a wagon for our stuff. I would definitely recommend staying there and I would stay there again in Frankenmuth, MI.

Check in was wonderful. Very friendly and informative desk clerk. We were in a suite that had a pull out couch, which we needed. Putting the bed together we found a dirty mattress pad and the blanket looked like a worn out rag. It was extremely thin and full of holes. My grandson wouldn't even use it. That is the only concern i I had. The rest of the facility was clean and very nice.

The property never got the booking from Expedia, so checkin took an hour. The room was pretty nice and reasonably priced, comfy bed, but there were families running the hallways hours after quiet time was supposed to be in effect, so that part wasn’t great.

Very nice location. Walking to downtown is an easy walk. Many choices for breakfast as well. Will stay here again.

Ok-if you're not picky
The room was not the cleanest. The bathroom floor hadn't been cleaned and underneath the sink was rather nasty with stains covered in dirt. There was black hair all over the shower and tub. Even my 16 yr old son made mention of it. The shower was really nasty and you could feel all sorts of ick that made it super slick, a fall hazard. We had to put a towel down to shower. There was dust or some type of white substance covering the table holding the phone. The beds were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was really great and the Wednesday attendant was super sweet and friendly! Housekeeper was friendly and helpful. The views were really pretty from the different windows and it's a convenient location. Super thin walls though apparently?? My 80 yr old mother and I were talking at 11:15pm and the room next door slammed on our wall 3 times. We then received a call from the front desk saying that we were creating a disturbance??! We didn't even have a TV on. The front desk was understanding and apologized for the Ken/Karen that was staying next door. If you want a good breakfast and great location, this is the place for you. If you need things to actually be clean or you are a Ken or Karen, definitely look elsewhere.

The website said clearly pet friendly. Upon arrival late evening was told website is not accurate and would not allow us to check in. Had to search for another hotel.

Our room was on the second floor. We asked not to be near vending or elevator because we don’t like the mechanical noise. Instead we put above a maintenance/housekeeping room. There was a loud mechanical hum until about 2am. I think laundry ? It was bad..

The staff were absolutely incredible! We have a young family so we booked the two king bed suite. Reasonably priced and was so spacious! Worked perfectly to have the bedroom separate from the sitting area/kitchenette. The pool was wonderful for our little girls and the breakfast was fantastic! Jodi went out of her way to make our morning experience (which with a little started at 6am) incredible and was so friendly and kind with our 2 year old! Overall an incredible stay, we will absolutely be staying there again, as we visit Frankenmuth annually!

Excellent hotel
A very nice hotel located right across from the river shops and a short walk to the Main Street shops. Breakfast was very good and had some nice options. The cinnamon rolls are delicious. Our room was very spacious and the only negative thing I have to say would be the pull out couch was very uncomfortable when sitting on it as well as very bad when used as an extra bed for the kids.
