Not only was I told I was getting a free night I didn’t get.. my first room leaked at the toilet and sink.. second room hot water work for a night then after that nothing. They need to clean their water pipes and lastly where’s the cameras? Locked doors?

Nothing quality about this place. Everything has stains, covered in dirt, smells awful and is not worth even $20 a night. Don’t bother with this place. Used bundles of tissue were found in the sheets along with inbetween the wall and the bed meaning the sheets were never changed. Pretty sure they haven’t owned a vacuum in over a year yet allow pets. Hair everywhere. Mold in the shower. Elevator hasn’t worked in a very long time according to these reviews and is still out of order. Ice machine is broken. Tons of signs everywhere about what is not allowed. The place is absolutely filthy. Empty liquor bottles in the yard out front.

This property is horrible! It’s dirty, run down, old and smelly. We immediately left and went to the Four Points by Sheraton across the street for $109. The check in clerk was fine, nice, friendly and helpful. Otherwise this place is a dump.

Room definitely needs an upgrade, chair and carpet replaced. Also need to be able to regulate thermostat, felt like I was in a sauna causing problems sleeping. Otherwise front desk staff were kind and courteous.

The wall had the paint scraped off, carpet was shredded, red stains in the carpet. Wasn’t expecting luxury but definitely not a run down uncomfortable mess. Only got this room because we lost power during a snow storm. Never will again, would rather spend the extra $40.

What was unique, the connecting door for adjoining rooms could not be locked, moved furniture to blocked the door. The back of the motel exit door didn't lock. The shower faucet spun around and around, no on or off. It seemed well soundproofed, could hear people, but it wasn't disturbing.

While the staff here are efficent and very very helpful and pleasant, the hotel needs new carpets, a paint job and clean/updated showers...our room had a stained carpet..curtains that were falling off the track and an unpleasant shower. It was rated 2.5 stars which would be accurate.

Elevator was broken. Ice machine was broken. Had to change rooms as fridge was not working. Hall way floors were disgusting. New owners to this hotel. Have staff coming in every third day. Cheap stay but not a good place anymore.

Rented 3 room... one of the rooms had 3 bedbug bodies found on the mattress... the other 2 were clear from what we can tell. Got a replacement room and it seems clear as well. The rooms aren't overly clean... ours wasn't vacuumed. Bathroom seemed clean. Hotel is just tired and dated. Rugs torn, fridge didn't work. Wouldn't recommend.

Room disgusting dirty, property shabby, tv didn’t work, shower grimy, shampoo was half used by previous guest, plug in draiin. Complimentary breakfast abysmal. Would only try coffee. Paid for two nights online, no refunds. Outdoor lights on front not operating. Elevator was ‘out of order’. Wouldn’t stay second night. Stayed at another hotel.

Elevator hasn’t worked since before covid. Breakfast was some stale bagels and muffins. Beds were terrible. You breathed. They creaked. Will definitely not stay here again.

The shower had 6 inches of water in it when we arrived from the constant drip. The carpet was coming up and the wall was pushed in away from the trim... we did not enjoy our stay. Needs a major update and definitely over priced for condition of the facility.

Upon arrival there are signs saYing you can’t do and you can’t do that! The surrounding area of the inn hasn’t been taken care of in years. Trash everywhere, over growth and lack of attention made the place into a dump.
Holes in the ceiling, A/c didn’t work properly. No switch for the table lamp.
I would never stay there again.

I’ve stayed at other Quality Inns and this was very disappointing. I found the room very dirty. I found bugs and pills on the bathroom floor. The walls in the bathroom were cracking and some areas the paint was missing. There were cobwebs on the walls and windows. The curtains were broken. This facility needs to be remodeled or closed in my opinion.

The outside entry doors are not locked. Anyone can enter whether you stay there or not. Entry doors do not close tight. Can’t enter fitness room unless the staff lets you in…if they can find the key.

Employees at the Quality Inn were very friendly, but the place could have used a vaccum. The stairway hasn't been cleaned in about 8 months. Overall my room was clean, but it smelled like cigarette smoke from 30 people.

We booked a Jacuzzi suite. Checked in, Jacuzzi was broke. They switched us to big suite. It was more expensive, but they comped us since we already paid through hotels.com. Room was old, dated, and all carpets were stained. King bed was caved in middle. Hotel hallways were dirty, and smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. Complimentary breakfast was very little choices, and Luke warm. We will never stay here again. And was not worth the extra money we did spend since I prepaid.
