Maybe youll have better luck
Well first of all pool was freezing cold even thou it was heated, hot tub was out has well as the elevator..i had to take two cold showers and my children too...wont be staying there again

The main reason I booked this property is it had an indoor hot tub and pool. The hot tub was not working the whole three days I was there. The pool was so cold. You couldn’t go swimming. The first day I was there the elevator stopped working. I was on the second floor and I have a painful knee, so walking up and downstairs for two days was very uncomfortable. I also booked this property because it was pet friendly. I did take my dog and we had a decent time. It was very difficult walking my dog around the property because the whole property was covered in tumbleweed goat heads that kept getting stuck in my dogs paws Very Disappointing So I would have to drive my dog to the park to walk Her. I will never stay at this property again. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. My room key even stopped working several times, and it was a long walk to the front desk up and down the stairs.

Had a room on third floor, elevator was broken. Had a suite and only had one television. Breakfast was less than good, potatoes weren't cooked thoroughly, cereal was stale and the fruit was only a few apples

The morning of the 2nd night there was no hot water to shower before checkout. I advised the front desk in person. There was no offer of a discount or any further discussion as to how they should compensate for this!

Favorite place to stay while in Safford. This time I was disappointed in my stay. No remote. No extra either. Had to hand do the tv. Got to be annoying. There was only half a roll of toilet paper. And trash in drawer. Food in ice box. Other than that-the breakfasts are amazing. The pool is relaxing and nice. Every visit is spent here.

Not a very good review!!!
The stay was good. It could of been better. The elevator was not working and the ice makers where not working. If you needed water you had to go to the front desk. The breakfast was good. The keys to get in the room worked when they wanted to. I will not be staying there anymore. The owner of the Comfort in needs to fix all this. It is unsatisfying and not worth the money I payed. I will not recommend anyone to stay there.

The receptionist was rude, the elevator was out, so my husband who is having knee surgery, had to struggle up and down the stairs, every door in the place creaked, and our room key didn’t work. Overall a rather disappointing experience, not to mention painful and inconvenient.

Had to carry bags and ice chest up 3 flights of stairs with no AC in stairwell and 110 degrees. Elevator broken
