Clean suite, good amenities and glad the property is well maintained. The only thing was that the bottom bedsheet had a 3 inch rip, probably after so many wash/dry cycles.

Good Stay!!

The breakfast didn't start until 7:30 which was a bummer because our daily activities had to start before breakfast was served. A 6:30 start would have been better.

The staff was very nice - everything with my reservation was messed up - was in the lobby for over 2 hours (2:30 in the morning) no rooms were available that were what I paid for.... My room even said I had a private balcony etc - and no that didn't happen - said I had 2 beds and pull out and that didn't happen - we made it work but it isn't what was requested.... Once in the room that I didn't ask for - there were stains all over the floor - (like a pet had accidents) - and I have a service dog with me and I didn't want to get blamed . . . . . also there were rips in the sheets - and the pull out couch cushions had rips in them - so until they remodel I will not come back..... Again, Staff were very good - they were all very accommodating - they called me by name and really tried to fix the situation.

No free airport shuttle for early travel

Very nice rooms and amenities. One downfall is that the free airport shuttle only runs between 6a and 11p...I was unable to use this for my early flight and had to pay $40 for a cab. Also, breakfast was not until 7a. Just a warning not to use this hotel if you have early travel plans (before 9a).

Airport Morning

Pre-Airport --- night before flight. All was great. Coffee & snacks ready before 6 a.m. in Lobby. Room was clean & quiet. No problems.
