The master bedroom exudes luxury with a plush king-sized bed, accompanied by a dedicated working table and chair, providing a tranquil space for productivity or quiet reflection.

Another bedroom features a spacious king bed, offering a lavish retreat for a restful night's sleep.

The third bedroom boasts a queen bed and a versatile table that can easily be utilized as a convenient workspace, combining practicality with comfort.

The fourth bedroom is a delightful haven for children, featuring two cozy twin beds, creating a playful and inviting atmosphere for the little ones.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully curated to ensure a comfortable and restful stay for all guests, regardless of age or preference.


Other things to note

- Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed.
- Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect.
- Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house.
- No parties allowed.
- We don't allow visitors from our guests for security reasons.
- No pets.
- No smoke inside of the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a fee).
- No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither).
- Locals must contact us before booking.
- Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. We would not be liable for any lost packages.
- Additional rental agreement required for 29+ night stays

We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.
