The home was spotless, spacious, and beautifully furnished, exactly what we needed for our group. The two king-suites gave plenty of comfort, and the fully-equipped kitchen made it easy to cook together.The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, yet still convenient for dining and errands.The host was responsive and made check-in/check-out seamless. The home was spacious and comfortable for our family to gather for a nearby event. We had two elders with us as well as teens and a 11 year old. The kids got to enjoy the pool while we watched and relaxed. The kitchen was equipped with a variety of cooking equipment and pots and pans, toaster, blender. Loved the open layout of the family room/dining/kitchen area. Dining table could have used two extra chairs to fit all 8 of us, but we made do with the bar stools. It was perfect for our family of 12! So much room for everyone. Besides my daughter’s graduation, the pool was the second highlight of the trip. We had so much fun swimming and playing and being together. Santosh is a wonderful host. He answered all my questions promptly and helped make our visit more enjoyable. We had a family wedding and folks traveled from the east coast to attend. Santosh the manager was very responsive and respectful. There are a few areas for improvement to enhance the overall experience. The house and molding need a complete paint job. Interior was “weathered” and in need for a spruce up. Couches had stains. Kitchen well stocked. Showers were a bit difficult to work. The pool was very nice although one of the outdoor umbrellas base was cracked and lifted up. ##### Joseph P.
