In an effort to keep our property in good condition and to maintain a peaceful presence within the neighborhood, we have a few rules in place. It is important to understand these, so please be sure to read the description of each rule as well. \*\*No Smoking\*\* Smoking is strictly prohibited on all property. A $2,500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking. \*\*No Parties or Events\*\* Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
