Plenty of street parking also avail. \*\*For your protection all guests required to submit a photo ID and sign a rental agreement before gaining access to the property. We happily accommodate up to 2 dogs weighing up to 65 pounds per stay. It's important to mention that the pet fee does not cover any additional cleaning required due to excessive pet hair, waste clean-up, odor, or damage caused by your furry friends. To ensure a great stay, we kindly request that all visiting dogs are friendly, house trained, and receive regular flea treatment. In the event that you need to leave your dog unattended, we kindly ask that they be secured in a crate to prioritize their comfort and safety. There is a noise level monitoring system (Noiseaware) to keep sound down for the neighbors. It does not record conversations simply sound levels and sends an alert when the sound is over 70 decibels. There are motion sensors cameras on the exterior of the home for surveillance. If you host an event, a large gathering of people, or a party we will ask you to leave. We love our quiet neighborhood and so do our neighbors and we have Quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. No smoking of cigarettes, marijuana or vaping allowed. If you smoke on the property or there is smell of it you will be charged additional cleaning fees of up to $250 depending on cleaning needed. Please let us know of any pet accidents when they occur to avoid any additional cleaning fees or damage costs. We charge $125 per dog, with limit 2 dogs, under 65 lbs. House trained and MUST be crated when unattended. No events allowed. We were able to have a small Thanksgiving dinner with family, and everything was perfect. The house is cozy, quit, and was lightly decorated for fall and the winter holidays. The owners were easy to communicate with through the app, and everything was easy to open and close down. The house was new and nice and we would definitely stay there again! ##### Nicole L. The house is clean, well stocked with everything you will need, has a great backyard to relax in, easy to use keypad for check in. The neighborhood is nice and there are plenty of shops a 5 minute drive away. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in town. ##### Chris A. The place itself was centrally located and well-kept, providing all the modern comforts of a home away from home: new appliances, comfortable beds, a fully-fenced yard for our furry companion... while its managers communicated well and made themselves available for any of our questions. The ease of working with them was great! The layout of the house was perfect for spending time together with friends - the location was nice and quiet but near so many activities in the Sacramento area - it was just all we had envisioned and wanted and more. There were 6 of us adult women comfortably vacationing in this immaculate 3 bedroom 2 bath bungalow. So much space for us to visit and gather inside and out as well as private spaces. Communication with the owners was phenomenal and very much appreciated. A very safe and lovely neighborhood. Bright, and clean with an unexpected number of amenities including the steam iron which we all loved! We have no reservations recommending this property for groups of friends or family. It’s incredibly easy to get to and make your way to Sacramento mid town. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood that was recently built in the last few years. Communication with the host was better than anything I’ve ever seen on a rental booking. They’ve labeled all cabinets, light switches and doors. It’s easy to find what you need and where to find it.
