South Lake Tahoe is about a 1.5-hour drive. This home location will allow you to fully experience the rich beauty of the area, and venture into the city.

Tenants are responsible for daily consumption and monthly utilities (electricity, gas, water and trash), host/landlord will send the utility bill to the tenants monthly. An utility agreement is required to sign before move-in.  
  
A utility deposit of $500 is required upon move-in. Utility bill will be sent to the guest/tenant when it is ready;  
  
A refundable security deposit of $500 may be required for a lease is longer than 30 days;  
  
Lease term: 30 days minimum;  
  
Note: A garage ADU conversion project may be on from 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday during your stay, but our contractors will manage minimum noise going to the main house.  
  
Guest access  
The entire house and yard are accessible by guests. Self check-in via a digital lock, with code shared prior to your arrival.

1\. Quiet hours (including dog barking) from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM  
2\. No events, no parties, or no large gatherings  
3\. No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the property
