Parking in the building is available for $40/night for up to 1 vehicle. Additional paid parking nearby. Secure apartment building with 3 keyed entries. 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bath. Full kitchen and living room and private balcony. Full private access to apartment. A key fob will be provided in a lockbox, please see lockbox instructions. 2 hosts will be available and in the area if needed. Street parking is available on 6th street and L street next to building. There is also parking garages on 6th street and 7th street for a fee. Guest parking on site if spots are available. Electric scooters and bikes right outside lobby doors. Uber & Lyft arrive under 5 min at almost any hour of the day. Apartment staff are on duty if needed from 9am-6pm. We just had a really hard time finding it and checking in. We were checking in at night, which makes it harder, but it appeared to be a commercial area, not a residential area, which was confusing. And the signage on the ground floor read "Chase Bank", so we thought we were in the wrong place. It would have also been helpful to know the name of the property, so once we located an entrance, we would have known for sure we were at the right place. Also, the entry to the garage (paid extra for a garage space) was around the corner from the entry to the building. It would have been helpful to have photos beforehand of the building entry, then a close up of the lockbox where we could find the key, as well as a photo of the parking garage entrance. It would have been helpful to know that the garage door opener was a laminated piece of paper, not an actual physical garage door opener. Felt like quite an ordeal to get in. Once we were in, it was great. Great location, super clean, attractive, comfy beds. Would stay again, now that I know all that I learned on this trip. ##### Kristen T.
