The rooms were very small and basic for the price. They were clean, but the exterior is showing its age. The hotel is located in an unsafe area with homeless encampments all around the property and people sleeping on the sidewalks. Expect alchohol and drug activity in the area. Freeway noise was disruptive to sleep. I would not stay here with small children. For that matter, I would not stay here again myself, even at a lower rate.

Would never stay here again, homeless people everywhere, did not feel safe there. The room was very small and not very clean and no trash can in the room to put your trash in!

This room was terrible. Looked nothing like the pictures shown online. I was so very disappointed i wish i could give it negative stars. Definitely makes me question ever booking with expedia Austin. Horrible just Horrible

Waited 25 minutes for the front desk person to arrive upon check-in. Upon check out went to front desk three times nobody was there left the key in the room. Called four different times to let them know we had checked out no answer no ability to leave a message.

The area is a little rundown due to the homeless population but thew Hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and got me checked in with no problems at all. I would definitely go here again.

I like the fact that the property was accommodating for my pets & had a continental breakfast. I was uneasy about the homeless population on the outside of the property & there was no visible security

Check in was rocky but a nice lady just starting her shift was very pleasant and took care of me. I thought it was odd that the workers were not speaking in English in front of their patrons and it felt awkward. There was a noisy dog barking for over an hour. I called the front desk to address it and was hung up on.

There was water dripping from the coolers onto the ground outside the rooms, the rooms are in need of updating, our bathroom door was half off the hinges, we live in Nevada and the Casino hotel rooms are so much nicer I was disappointed. It took 20 minutes to check in the room.

The beds were super comfortable and clean. The elevator was disgusting and had unknown fluids in it. Staff was nice. Lots of homeless very close by. Was ok for a one night place to stay on the way to somewhere else.

Shower was dirty, towels were dirty, toilet was dirty, sheets and pillowcases were stained, carpet is covered in stains, only one light in the room works, TV doesn’t work. All wooden surfaces are dirty and have good markings. Office chair in room is covered stains. Only one keycard works, room stinks like cigarettes and looks nothing like the advertised picture.

For a non smoking place our room reeks of cigarette smoke and we could smell cigarette smoke all night every half an hour.. if we just hadn't driven 10 hours and super tired ..we would have left right away

Late night staff person did not return my driver’s license ID at check-in. My-bad for not paying attention, but it was late and I was tired. I noticed it the next day when I stopped for fuel. I had to go back and get it — after calling 4 times to get an answer to confirm they still had it.

The room was clean, except for the cobwebs. The bed was very comfortable. There wasn’t any conditioner in the bottle in the shower(and I need that because I have long hair), but there was shampoo, body wash and lotion. I was upset that the pool and hot tub were closed. I picked this hotel because it was supposed to have these amenities. Honestly, I would have went to another hotel that had these amenities open had I known.

Smelly room, no heater, toilet kept running, no hot water after the top floor had multiple showers, burnt blow dryer, and could not reach the front desk to share these concerns. Property needs lots of work, it was tough to give this review as it’s a good brand hotel, however, the property has not been kept up.
