Few things. There was a Heinikan 0.0 NA on the menu but bar was out. I asked about mocktails and bartender was not helpful. She said they were a drinking bar? I ended up instructing her on how to make one. I asked for a 5:15AM wake up call. They called at 3:15AM. I requested a shuttle for 6:00AM to airport. Host in the morning said it was not notated.

I was disappointed with our stay here. We have stayed at 2 other Hyatts around the Sacramento and they were far better than this hotel. The property is clean and parking is spacious/free. Even though our breakfast was complimentary, it was disappointing that they didn’t offer any breakfast meat options. Only half the breakfast counters were being utilized while the rest of the space was empty and bare. The hotel also doesn’t allow you to take your breakfast to your room. The A/C in our room also never got cold. Our thermostat was set on auto but no cold air ever blew out of it. Unfortunately, this will be the last time we stay at this location.

The staff at check in was amazing. Super welcoming and helpful. The facility is very clean, bed very comfortable and, noon check out definitely does not make you feel rushed. Can’t wait to book another night.
