The space is warm and inviting, making it a great home base for your stay. Whatever your plans, you’ll feel right at home here. The Space: This is a studio unit with one full bathroom. It has a kitchen (there is no stove) and this home doesn't have a dedicated parking space. Overnight parking is completely fine infront of the home. However, there is a 2-hour parking limit from 8AM-10PM except SAT & SUN. If it is necessary for you to park longer during these hours, the nearest paid public parking is available at 1200 F St, Sacramento, CA 95814 (Cross streets of Fat Alley and 12th St) Please be advised that the neighbor has a dog. Guest Access: You will have access to the entire unit. Note that there are two units (upper and downstairs unit) and you will ONLY have access to the downstairs unit. This home doesn't have a dedicated parking space. The Neighborhood: Downtown Sacramento is nestled in the heart of the city.
