The property itself is clean and nice but they really need to replace the old worn out carpet. it looks like it is original.

Very sad to say that $150 a night is way too much for a place that has sticky residue and grime on countertops. No clocks in the room, because people are living there on vouchers and clocks are likely to be stolen.I felt like I had to wear shoes the entire entire time in my room due to the condition of the flooring, and the staff was unavailable at the desk. One of the people who appeared to reside there warned me to expect office staff as often away from the desk.

Check in was simple and the attendants were all wonderful! The breakfast buffet was good and the server ladies were so nice. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and the grounds were well kept. The room was quiet on the 3rd floor and clean enough. The King bed we had was very comfy with plenty of linens. Even the pull out couch was alright. Only Negatives were that there is a significant gap in the door when shut that let in light and sounds from hall and gave a slight sense of insecurity for the family. The screen on the window (that thankfully didnt open) is detached and seems a liability. Some lights flickered while on, but not too much. Lots of cosmetic damage on furniture in forms of stains, cracks, scratches, and holes but everything was functional and clean. We OVERALL loved our stay and were comfortable and would recommend to friends and stay again. Thank you to the staff!👍

Hotel is fine, you pay for what you get. The property is just old. So is the furniture, the coffee makers are old and dirty. All around 7 out of 10. Near fwy, dining, etc. Great value for the price.

Breakfast was good. Facility could use some upgrades. The window privacy curtains were torn and had holes. The door to the room didnt fit right. Let in alot of light and noise. Otherwise hotel was good.

I like that check in was speedy and the staff was friendly. Everything was great for the most part. Worth the money though. Stain in the carpet and on the couch. Microwave was kinda greasy. Covering myself in case I don’t get my deposit back because of it.

The carpet hade holes in it badly stained toilet set was broken bed was rock hard feelt like sleeping on the floor sink was dirty and parking was really tight hade to get out of car due to how parking was lined out and free . Breakfast was ok .but gas station was really close and restaurants was really close will never stay there or recommend this place to any one

Hawthorn the Helpful
We stayed four nights while visiting family. Room was good, beds very good, breakfasts individually cooked (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage offered; really unusual). During that time I had very bad ankle sprain. Hotel provided a wheel chair! All the staff very friendly and helpful. This is a permanent place for me when I visit again.

It’s an average place to stay in. We stayed for just 4 days with family and it was ok. The breakfast was good enough. The property looked pretty old and the bathrooms had broken fittings. Needs improvements. It’s ok for a short stay not that the price was too low. Thank you.
