Family from out of town stayed with us, and multiple other family members from infants, young children, to older adults joined us. The house is spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out. Weather was cold and rainy, but we used the outdoor grill twice. The ping pong table and foosball table meant the children were happy. It was a perfect large space for a "family reunion" kind of event. Bedrooms were comfortable. Bathrooms great. The primary suite is massive. Communication with the host was almost instantaneous. He was helpful and responsive to everything. We didn't have an extra kitchen towel, and a few hours later, a bag from Target arrived with 10 more! Would highly recommend for a larger family or family gathering. The only single downside is that the hard surfaces and high ceilings make sounds from every part of the house reverberate. Three bedrooms have comfortable queen beds, and the fourth has queen-sized bunk beds. Oddly, the main bedroom does not have a king-size bed. Between the kitchen table, dining room table, and the bar stools at the kitchen counter, there is plenty of seating to eat. The kitchen has what you need to make meals, and the refrigerator is large. Our family enjoyed gathering at the home. It was fun to play ping pong and foosball. The only downside was when we gathered as a family, we did not have enough parking, and you could not park on the street. We found a place to park around the corner. It was a perfect place for our family to be together for a wedding we were in town for. We had 9 people which was just the right number. Beds were comfortable and house was clean. Host was responsive and very nice. We were looking for printed info for the home but everything is done digitally. One item I mentioned to the host was the step at the front door. My parents tripped a couple times not remembering there was a small step down. The backyard is surrounded by trees which made for a very private area. All in all a great home to relax and enjoy our family time. ##### Staci B. The house was clean, had a reasonable amount of kitchen items and the beds and furniture were comfortable. Definitely would stay here again! ##### Jake L. Great location for Granite Bay, Folsom Lake, or even want to get to Auburn for some rafting (20 mins). 30mins to SMF. Property is pristine - with enough room for everyone to enjoy (even foosball and ping pong). 5 stars on the property. Sometimes you wonder if the pictures do it justice. Easily one of the nicer properties on here. Owner was great and made the process simple. ##### Bret R.
