Granite Bay Getaway - Relaxing oasis with Jacuzzi.

Located in Granite Bay, This private home offers 3 bedrooms - 1 California king bed and 2 queen beds, 2.5 bathrooms and a cozy living/Great room with a sofa bed and Huge Love seat, Coffie Bar and work desk. we also offer a pack and play crib upon request.

Guests will feel right at home. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and take advantage of all the amenities there are to offer like WiFi6, A fitness room with ping pong table and work out equipment, a variety of family board games, a laundry room, as well as two front yard seating areas with fireplace and peaceful fountains. Outdoor games in front yard such as: badminton, croquet, and corn hole.

Great place for a party thank you for allowing parties

This was a great property. Wish we could have slept a few more but it worked out well.It was wonderful to have our daughter’s small family in the area graduation party from Chico state. Thank you

Getaway weekend to Granite Bay

What a lovely relaxing home! We are a womens training group that visited for the weekend of the Folsom Triathlon, with racers on both days. Clean, well furnished and all the great sitting areas, so that we could relax before and after, as well as have a great recovery soak in the hot tub. Plenty of parking, as most of us drove out here in our own cars, great location and easy to find. Everyone who stayed (or visited us) loved the house! Looking forward to when we can all come back!
