When we arrived there was a homeless person in the front lawn. No lights on in front of the house. Very dangerous area. No access to the drive way as it was blocked. Very very unsafe. I would not stay here and would advise anyone to look for a new place. Contacted the manager of property and he didn’t care and told me to contact Vrbo. Stay away unless you want to be assaulted or robbed. This home was perfect, one level, no steps, and 5 minutes to UCD. The home was clean and comfortable, with good linens and towels. The kitchen had what we needed to prepare basic meals, and washer and dryer was a plus for clothes and towels. Neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe, people out walking their dogs during the day and nothing crazy going on at night. Overall a very nice stay for the price, would stay here again. ##### Craig S.
