/The staff cannot speak English, the room I had was the size of a closet, the TV didnt work, The cleaning staff locked me out of my room when I was gone 10 min. It’s the worst place Ive stayed in and I traveled around the world 8 x, plus Ive been in combat in Vietnam, and had better conditions.

I booked a room when we were out of power due to an ice storm drove to the hotel and they were closed and I did not get to stay the night. They charged me and they now wont reimburse me back!

Bathroom handle broken. Got locked in. Thankfully my daughter picked the lock=with a hair pick! Other guests were up til 4am and i couldn't sleep!

when we arrived we had to travel down the rod to another location to check in. then when time to shower 2 sets of towels for 4 people. how does this work. we traveled hours to get here. not impressed.

Everything here was branded roadway inn and the classic inn was on par with that.

Not a good choice!
It was disappointing from the start. We had to cross over traffic to register at their sister motel. It shows a picture of an indoor pool…none! No coffee maker! I have traveled a lot and even the worst places have a coffeemaker. Place wasn’t very clean, and walls were paper thin, so we could hear other room. Carpet stained. Then cockroaches were there. I didn’t dare shower. The only plus is it was handicapped. Then they didn’t serve coffee in the lobby. We had to buy coffee on our way homeward. Both of us were disappointed.

Sadly, our experience with the Classic Inn was not great. The unit was somewhat dirty, and dilapidated. Discoloration on the walls, dirty night stand (debris all over it), banged up door jam and just the overall look of a heavily used apartment that hasn't been very well kept. On the good side of things, the beds were fairly comfortable, the lighting was very good and the TV worked.

The checkin wasn't on the property and there was no sign to show where to go - we had to ask someone staying there. The doors did not seal - you could see outside, and others could see in. The only lock was the external card pass - the interior locks had been removed. The property was unkempt with doors that needed to be painted, and interior walls that needed paint. The bathroom shower had mold on it, and the shower curtain was stained. There was no hot water - we washed in cold water and the showers were cold as well. When we checked in there was an employee on the outside bench right outside the office, picking at his feet, sanding them with a block and trimming his toenails. Not very welcoming. Worse place I have ever stayed. Nothing matched the photos on line. Very disappointed.

This place was unsafe with door latch broken and rooms where dirty not clean well hair was everywhere and dead bugs in corners and hair in the fridge. Smells like mold. Toilet broken. Ice machine is in the other facility across the street with no information where about. Just feel like price is way to high for a place to be like this.

The air conditioner filter and fins were VERY filthy (like they had not been cleaned since last season?), unsafe for breathing. I had to clean it myself, since there's no staff on site- you have to check in with the office across the street at another motel!
