"I enjoyed a 4 day stay in Guilford visiting friends in this lovely home. I felt very safe as a single woman there. The owners communicated with me promptly. There were little things that made my stay even better. Coffee was provided with half and half which is how I love to start my day.I had forgotten toothpaste and a small tube happened to be provided which saved a trip to the store for me. The bed was comfortable and had overhead lights which made reading in bed at night easy. I plan to stay again. Thank You very much."

"The place is absolutely FANTASTIC! It is beautiful, the bed is super comfortable, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need, loved the shower products too. My family celebrated Christmas here and the added touch of decorations made it feel so homey. The welcome basket is such a nice touch and we enjoyed the wine with Christmas dinner. The host is very responsive. For no fault to her, just due to winter weather, the power went out for a few hours. Right away she communicated with us about when it would be restored. Sometimes on vacation things happen and this is a host who is there for you. You gave our family precious memories!! Thank you so much! Plan to return the next time we come to CT!"

"If you are going to Guilford Connecticut, this is the place to stay! It’s right off Guilford Green, a couple minutes walk from cute shops, restaurants and not too far from the train station. There’s plenty of parking. I was allowed to bring my little dog. The beds are really comfortable. There’s a washer and dryer and detergent. The kitchen is well-equipped with dishes, cookware and new appliances. The building itself was built in the 1700s and retains all of the charm while providing modern amenities. More than all of the above, the host is truly the best ever. This was my second stay in this VRBO and the responsiveness, flexibility and kindness of the host played a huge part in choosing this location a second time. If I need to rent a place to stay in Guilford again, I will return to this location and will recommend it to any family and friends needing a place to stay in the Guilford area. "

"This is a classic old school New England beach "cottage" - clean, lovely, comfortable! Unfortunately we were only staying for one night but the property manager was able to accommodate our needs. That lovely screen porch was the perfect place to relax and reconnect with family and to greet the sunrise the next morning! Great location near some old favorite Guilford spots - The Place, Ashley's Ice Cream and Bishop's Orchard. Thank you!"
