Most recent getaway added to our Boatel Row right here in Iowa's only island City. This vintage houseboat captures the heart of the river. She may be a little tiny, but she is a big catch. Let's reel you in with this unique cozy houseboat that sits right on the water. Complimentary kayak rentals at the lake and we also have a beach area within walking distance. It has one cozy twin bed and a futon. The bathroom has a sink, and all in one toilet/shower, however you can use our modern state of the art bath houses within walking distance. Kelly is wonderful. Very kind and understanding. I was concerned that the neighborood on the dock might be a whoop-it-up loud all-night-long kind of party crowd (and I am VERY boring), but everyone was going-out-of-their way charming and kind. Overall - it was lovely. Highly recommend it.
