"Walked into the home and the carpets were so stained. Not stains here and there - all over the carpets. Stains from years of use. Not filthy, but made you think it was because of the stains from years of traffic. I'm guessing they are the original carpets. Opened the dishwasher and saw a couple of cockroaches (we called and they did get someone out to spray the next day). We had issues with smoke detectors going off, ADT alarms going off almost every day (and night). WI-FI service not...
