Unit Layout  
The 86 square meter holiday apartment is a 3.5 room unit with two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed. The living area also includes a sofa bed that can accommodate one additional person, making the maximum capacity 5 guests. It has two bathrooms, one with a shower and toilet, and the other with a bathtub and toilet. The open kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a balcony with garden furniture where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors. This non-smoking apartment is located on the upper floors, from the 1st to the 3rd floor, and is just a 5-minute walk from the valley station of the Hohsaas cable cars. Just an example, but the unit is designed for a comfortable and cozy vacation stay.  
  
Amenities Included  
The holiday apartment is well-equipped with various amenities to ensure a convenient and enjoyable stay. It features a private parking space in front of the house, free of charge. Additionally, there is a ski and bike room with lockable lockers for secure storage. A shared laundry room is available in the basement, though it may incur a fee. The apartment also offers free top-speed high-speed WLAN internet access and a reception service. Pets, specifically dogs, are welcome upon request for an additional fee.
