The "Montela Hotel & Resort" offers modern, stylish holiday flats for 2 to 7 people, featuring outdoor seating areas or balconies. The 2.5-room holiday apartment on the upper floor can accommodate 1 to 3 guests and is a non-smoking unit. It consists of a separate bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a sofa bed (140cm wide) for an additional person, an open kitchen, and a bathroom (with shower/WC). The bedroom can have two separable beds (180cm wide in total) or a non-separable queen-size bed (160cm). The apartment is comfortably and lovingly furnished, providing a cozy ambiance for your vacation.

The holiday flats offer various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Each apartment comes with a free parking space in front of the accommodation, a ski and bike room with its own lockable locker, and a laundry room (subject to a fee) for shared use in the basement of the house. You can enjoy free top high-speed WLAN (WiFi) during your stay. The apartments are equipped with a television, and pets are welcome upon request for an additional surcharge. The price includes all utilities (electricity, water, heating), parking, internet, and reception service. However, the final cleaning cost is not included in the rental price, and bed linen comes with an additional charge of CHF 30 per person.

The bus stop "unter dem Berg" is right next to the holiday resort, and the valley station of the Hohsaas cable cars is approximately 5 minutes away on foot, making it an ideal base for exploring the Saas-Fee/Saas Valley holiday region. The holiday flats are particularly suitable for guests who appreciate comfort and extra service, as the resort offers an exclusive catering service with delivery directly to your door upon request. You can enjoy a balanced and regional breakfast or delicious meat and cheese specialties prepared in your accommodation for a cozy dining experience. The resort is perfect for a relaxing vacation in Saas-Grund, where you can indulge in carefree holidays in summer and winter, exploring the Saas hiking and biking routes or nearby skiing and cross-country skiing trails. Additionally, a lift is available for your convenience. Visitors must pay a tourist tax, with rates varying based on the season and age group. For example, during the summer (01.06\. - 31.10.), the tax is CHF 7 for adults per night and CHF 3.50 for children (6 - 15.99 years). In the winter (01.11\. -31.05.), the tax is CHF 4.50 for adults per night and CHF 2.25 for children (6 - 15.99 years). Cots, cot linens, and high chairs are available on request at no additional cost.
