The Alpenstern is a beautiful and comfortable apartment block located in the district of Unter den Bodmen, on the outskirts of Saas Grund. Built in 2006, this three-story building offers a quiet and sunny residential setting. You can enjoy access to a shared garden, barbecue area, and children's playground. The property also features convenient amenities such as a storage room for bicycles, a ski storage room, central heating, and shared laundry facilities (washing machine and tumbler dryer). Additionally, it provides Internet WiFi, parking, a tennis court, and an installment plan option for your holiday rental.  
  
Outdoors  
The Alpenstern offers a delightful outdoor experience with its shared garden and barbecue area, perfect for enjoying the sunny location. Families will appreciate the children's playground on the premises. During the winter season, snow chains or a 4x4 car is recommended for easier access to the property.

There are two bedrooms, one with two beds and an exit to the garden, and another with two beds. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, and a fondue set (cheese).

The apartment is furnished with various amenities, including a shower/WC, a terrace measuring 80 square meters, a patio with terrace furniture and four deck chairs.
