Unit Layout  
You can expect a completely renovated 3-room apartment in a multiple dwelling with a balcony on the south side during your vacation. The 2-room apartment is situated on the 1st floor, just an example of the accommodation's layout.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property offers various amenities to enhance your stay. You will have access to a parking space free of charge near the house. Pets are allowed at an additional cost of CHF 50.- for the blanket fee. However, smoking is not permitted inside the premises. The apartment is equipped with bed and kitchen linen, as well as hand and bath towels, for your convenience. Additionally, the SaastalCard is included in the rental price.  
  
Other Information  
The apartment is conveniently located near cableways (300 m), a tennis court, and an artificial ice-rink, allowing you to enjoy various recreational activities during your vacation. The visitor's taxes vary based on the season. From June 1st to October 31st (Summer), the taxes are CHF 7.- for adults and CHF 3.50 for children aged 6 to 15.99 per day. During the Winter season, from November 1st to May 31st, the taxes are CHF 4.50 for adults and CHF 2.25 for children aged 6 to 15.99 per day.
