The Montela Duplex is a spacious holiday apartment that spans across the 2nd and 3rd floors. It offers a modern and comfortable living space with a maximum capacity of ten people. The upper floor features two separate bedrooms, each with a separable double bed (180cm wide), and one bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm each). It also has a bathroom with shower, WC, and washbasin, as well as a small equipped kitchen and a dining area for four people. This floor also has a small balcony with garden furniture. The lower floor has two additional separate bedrooms, each with a separable double bed (180cm wide), a bathroom with shower and WC, another bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate WC. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooker, refrigerator, freezer, oven, and dishwasher, as well as a large living area with a dining table.

The Montela Duplex holiday apartment offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. These include free top high-speed Wi-Fi, a private parking space in front of the house (free of charge), a ski and bike room, and a shared laundry room in House A of the building complex. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with a television and a dishwasher, and pets are allowed. The accommodation also provides a cot, cot linen, and a high chair upon request, free of charge.

The Montela Duplex is part of the "Montela Hotel & Resort" and is situated in a quiet, central location at the bus stop "Unter dem Berg," approximately a 5-minute walk from the valley station of the Hohsaas cable cars. The apartment offers a stunning view of the surrounding Saas mountains. Guests can benefit from the exclusive catering offer, with the option of having a balanced and regional breakfast or delicious meat and cheese specialties delivered directly to their accommodation. The rental price includes all utilities (electricity, water, heating), parking, internet, and reception service. However, the final cleaning cost and tourist tax are not included in the rental price and must be paid separately. The tourist tax for summer (01.06\. - 31.10.) is CHF 7 per adult per night and CHF 3.50 per child (6 - 15.99 years) per night. For winter (01.11\. - 31.05.), the tourist tax is CHF 4.50 per adult per night and CHF 2.25 per child (6 - 15.99 years) per night. There is also a surcharge of CHF 10 per night for dogs. The accommodation features stairs throughout, and there is no lift available. Guests can enjoy a carefree vacation in summer and winter, with access to the Saas hiking and biking routes or the nearby ski slopes and cross-country ski trails in the Saas-Fee/Saas Valley holiday region.
