Casa Antares is part of the ‘Montela Apartment-Hotel & Resort’ and is quietly and centrally located at the bus stop ‘unter dem Berg’, approx. 5 minutes' walk from the valley station of the Hohsaas mountain railway. From all Montela houses you can enjoy the most beautiful view of the surrounding Saas mountains from the Antares house. The apartments are particularly suitable for guests who appreciate comfort and extra service and are looking for a relaxing holiday in Saas-Grund. On request, our Montela Holiday Stay guests can benefit from our unique and exclusive catering offer with delivery directly to your door! We deliver a balanced & regional breakfast or delicious meat and cheese specialities for you to prepare yourself directly in your accommodation and you can make yourself comfortable within your own four walls. Just ask us! Enjoy carefree holidays in summer and winter on the Saas hiking and biking trails or on the nearby ski and cross-country ski trails in the Saas-Fee/Saas Valley holiday region. There is 1 free parking space per apartment in front of the accommodation. Dogs welcome.  
Casa Antares with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (Montela Holiday Stay) on the 2nd & 3rd floor Quietly located apartment (non-smokers) with a balcony on the upper floor and a large terrace on the lower floor, approx. a 5-minute walk from the Hohsaas valley station. The modern, spacious duplex holiday apartment Casa Antares with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for a maximum of ten people is comfortably and lovingly furnished. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms, each with a separable double bed (180cm wide in total) and one bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200cm each). There is also a bathroom with shower/WC and washbasin, a small equipped kitchen and a dining area for four people. On this floor there is a small balcony with garden furniture. On the lower floor you will also find two separate bedrooms, each with a separable double bed (180cm wide in total). In addition, there is a bathroom with shower/WC, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate WC. A second, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic cooker with 4 plates, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher is also available. In addition, you can enjoy your meals together in the large living area with a large dining table. Free top high-speed WLAN, a private parking space in front of the house (free of charge), a ski and bike room as well as a laundry room for shared use in house A of the building complex round off the offer. Stairs throughout the accommodation. No lift available. Dogs welcome.  
The price includes all utilities (electricity, water, heating), parking, internet and reception service as well as final cleaning and bed linen and towels.
