Property Summary  
At an elevation of 1,800 meters above sea level, Chalet "Venetz" is a five-story property situated in the Grosses Moos district, just 500 meters from the center of the charming Swiss town of Saas-fee. This holiday rental offers a quiet and sunny location, conveniently placed 600 meters from the skiing area. The property accommodates 9 apartments and provides amenities like Internet WiFi and an Installment Plan option.  
  
Outdoors  
Enjoy easy access to various outdoor activities in the area. The ski slopes and facilities are just 600 meters away, with a ski bus stop within 20 meters of the property. A golf course (9 holes) is located 25 kilometers away, and a children's playground is a mere 50 meters from the chalet.  
  
Other Information  
The property features shared facilities such as a storage room for skis, a central heating system, and a washing machine. While motor access is available up to 60 meters from the house, a 4x4 car is recommended during the winter months due to the mountain road conditions. Guests will need to walk the remaining 60 meters on a footpath to reach the chalet. Public parking is available 100 meters away, and a shop, supermarket, and restaurant are all within a convenient distance.  
  
Distances and Attractions  
Saas-fee offers a range of nearby attractions and amenities. The town center is just 500 meters away, with a bus stop located 400 meters from the property. Additionally, an ice rink is situated 1 kilometer away, providing ample opportunities for winter fun. Please note that the owner does not accept youth groups.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 3-room apartment that measures 48 square meters and is located on the ground floor with a south-facing position. The cozy furnishings include a living/sleeping room with a sofabed, dining table, and satellite TV (flat screen), radio, and DVD player. There is an exit leading to the terrace from this room. Additionally, there are two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower and toilet.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment comes equipped with a kitchenette that features three hot plates, an oven, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, and a fondue set for making delicious cheese fondue. Other amenities include a washing machine, satellite TV, heating available, microwave, television, with a maximum capacity of five guests. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms in total.  
  
Other Information  
The terrace offers beautiful views of the mountains and the resort, and it is furnished with terrace furniture and two deck chairs for your relaxation. The apartment is equipped with internet (WiFi) available for free. Please note that this is a non-smoking accommodation. To make your vacation more comfortable, a children's high chair is provided, and towels are supplied for your initial use.
