Very spacious furnished balcony. 1 parking space (no. 3) in the underground parking garage is available (access by car lift, max. height 2m20). Storage room for sports equipment as well as laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer for common use are in the basement. The chalet Graebi is in walking distance to the train station (800m), to the ski and hiking area (900m to the bottom station Horneggli) as well as to the bakery (350m), dairy and butchery (800m) and is a perfect starting point for summer and winter holidays. Bright living-/dining room with semi-open-plan kitchen (furnished among other things with ceramic hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine with capsules (Nespresso) as well as a fondue-raclette-set), dining table, chimney, cosy lounge suite (sofa), TV, DVD player and radio with CD player. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed/grand-lit (160x200cm), access to the balcony and bathroom with bathtub/toilet. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (180x200cm) and 1 bunk bed (2x90x200cm). 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (180x200cm) and TV.
