50 m2\. More information by the provider: Well-kept, quiet and sunny 2.5-room apartment, approximately 50 m², on the ground floor of a chalet with a total of 6 apartments. Afternoon and evening sun, southwest location. A panoramic view towards Rougemont and the local mountain Eggli awaits you. The chalet is located in a cul-de-sac, hence quiet. The apartment is an ideal starting point for hiking, skiing and other activities. Lovingly and cozy furnished, as well as a furnished garden seating area. Access: Footpath: down the slope to Saanen in 12 minutes to the center, 15 minutes to the Saanen train station. Car: 2 minutes by car to the center. Public transport: A bus stop for line No. 183 is within a 5-minute walk, running 2 times/hour. Garage/Parking: Garage/individual box for standard cars and small SUVs. No electric charging station, but you will easily find one in Saanen village. You can park a larger vehicle directly in front of the garage box.  
Well-tended, quiet 2.5-room apartment located in a sunny spot in Saanen Unterbort. Lovely and cozy furnishings as well as a furnished garden seating area. Living/dining room with terrace access, kitchen (including ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine (Nespresso) and fondue and raclette set), dining table, seating area and TV. 1 bedroom with 1 Grand Lit (160x200cm). Bathroom with shower/WC.  
INCLUSIVE: Electricity, heating, water, garage, WiFi, TV, DVD, outdoor seating area, capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine (initial supply), kitchen and bathroom towels, bed linen (initial supply), toilet paper, household paper, kitchen spices, 1 garbage bag, cleaning supplies and detergent tabs, visitor's tax and final cleaning. PETS WELCOME: Important: Please note that in most of the properties only one pet (usually one dog) is allowed. Further respectively other animals have to be requested before booking. The pet is not allowed on the furniture, bed, or sofa. ADDITIONAL: Non-smoking apartment (please smoke only in the outdoor seating area). Please respect the neighbors and do NOT hold parties in the apartment. SPECIAL BY ARRANGEMENT: Use of washing machine and dryer only by personal arrangement with the landlord, for bookings from 10 days.
