Property Summary  
Correfoc is a child-friendly and very beautiful villa located in a quiet position, 1 km from the edge of the forest, 10 km from the sea, and 10 km from the beach in Sa Pobla, Spain. This vacation rental features a private lawn with trees and a seasonal swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 150 - 190 cm) available from March 1 to October 31. It also offers Internet WiFi, air conditioning, parking, and a tennis court within 2 km.  
  
Outdoors  
You can enjoy the villa's outdoor amenities, including a patio, pergola, garden furniture, and a barbecue area. The property also boasts a private lawn and trees, creating a serene atmosphere for your holiday rental experience.  
  
Other Information  
The villa is suitable for 4 adults and 2 children, but the owner does not accept any groups or youth groups. Baggage loading and unloading are possible at the holiday house. It is important to note that a car is recommended due to the villa's location. The nearest airfield is 40 km away from the property.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 3-room villa that is 180 square meters in size. The villa is suitable for accommodating 4 adults and 2 children. The living/dining room is furnished with modern decor and features an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and satellite TV. The living/dining room has an exit leading to the patio and the swimming pool. There are 2 double bedrooms, each equipped with a French bed (1 x 150 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning. Another room has 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning, with an exit leading to the terrace. The villa has an open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a bath/WC, a shower/WC, and a separate WC. Please note that heating is not available in all rooms, and the villa features natural stone floors.  
  
Amenities Included  
During your vacation stay, you will have access to various amenities, including air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue area, a dishwasher, an open-hearth fireplace, a private patio, satellite TV, heating (although not available in all rooms), a microwave, and a television. The maximum capacity of the villa is 6 people, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The villa offers a terrace with furniture, a barbecue area, deck chairs, and a covered balcony with a sitting area. You will enjoy a side view of the mountains from the property.
