Aguait has a lovely garden with beautiful views of the Pollença hills. The property is very modern and finished beautifully, built with local materials such as a natural stone façade, wooden beams and sandstone pillars, is surrounded by a charming mediteranean style garden. It's in a peaceful upmarket residential area, with a gated driveway, only 6 minutes by car from Pollenca Old Town and just 15 minutes from the sea at Puerto Pollença. It is perfect for families or groups of friends and is bound to meet your high expectations. It will provide a great base for a relaxing holiday and is conveniently located. The rooms are very spacious with stylish furniture and a great use of natural materials like stone and wood. On the ground floor there's a lounge-diner with a lovely archway and a Smart high-spec kitchen with double doors onto a covered terrace. There's also an en-suite twin bedroom on this floor, a shower bathroom and a WC-cloakroom. Three more gorgeous en-suite bedrooms are on the first floor - one twin and two doubles - the master double with a Jacuzzi, but all with pretty views over the garden to the hills around. The garden is fantastically relaxing with an extra-long cascade pool surrounded by terraces and lawns, with trees and beautiful mountain views. For summer days outside there's a barbecue casita and cooking area, a shady covered terrace, loungers and seating, and even a pool-shower. Nous avons passé un formidable séjour en famille et entre amis dans cette villa très bien entretenue, très propre avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Chaque chambre est équipée d’un dressing et d’une salle de bains avec toilettes, garantissant l’intimité de chacun. La cuisine est fonctionnelle. L’extérieur très agréable et le mobilier en parfait état! La communication avec Aina est très facile et ses parents nous ont réservé un très bel accueil. Encore merci à vous! Der große Pool war ein absolutes Highlight, perfekt zum Entspannen und für Spaß mit der ganzen Familie.Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Außenanlagen: liebevoll gestaltet, weitläufig und einfach ein Traum! Superb outdoor facilities with kitchen, BBQ, pool, shower and toilet. Location is good with local supermarket and facilities in Sa Pobla and lots of restaurants etc in Pollensa. Everything is in really good shape and of very high quality. Kitchen well equipped, modern bed and bathrooms, lots of space. Outside area with a lot of space to relax and find a good spot in the sun or shade all day. Pool was amazing. We would definitely come back! ##### Christian M. Grounds are great and well thought out. Reasonably well equipped, great outside sitting and dining areas on covered veranda. Great BBQ area too. Outside shower and even toilet/shower room. Plenty of loungers. Inside space excellent with 3 upstairs and one downstairs bedroom all with en-suites. The swimming pool was v cold in September but that’s because it is not heated. Could do with more pans in kitchen. Warning… beds are hard and we requested mattress toppers, hopefully this will be acted on. Beware mosquitoes! ##### Richard T. It’s spacious (there were 8 of us, two families) with plenty of space but not too big to be far from anything you need. The outdoor space is brilliant and so well thought out. Location is excellent and a short drive to anything you need. We had a couple of minor issues but Aina was quick to sort these and it meant it didn’t affect us too much at all. Villa Aguait is a beautiful special place in a quiet secluded location. It is an excellent villa for a family group holiday (we were three generations) . It has everything you need and more and totally exceeded our expectations ( which were high to begin with ). The pool and outside areas were immaculate and so well thought out providing great family fun or relaxing . Ania was extremely helpful and responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect . We cant recommend this villa highly enough and we will definitely be back again. ##### Donnie G.
