The Space:  
This 47-square-meter apartment is designed to provide maximum comfort for business and leisure travelers. In the spacious living room, guests can relax on the sofa bed, which also serves as a comfortable sleeping area. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, which positively influences the mood and makes the interior cozy and bright throughout the day. A Smart TV with access to your favorite apps and high-speed WiFi allow you to relax with TV series, movies or music after a day of sightseeing. The kitchenette has been decorated with great attention to functionality. There is an induction cooktop, oven, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer, as well as the necessary kitchen utensils and a set of dishes, allowing you to easily prepare both a quick breakfast and a more complex dinner. The kitchen space is perfectly lit and stylistically consistent with the rest of the apartment, making cooking a natural part of the daily rhythm. The separate bedroom has a comfortable double bed for a restful and restorative sleep. A closet and bedside cabinets with lamps are also at guests' disposal, allowing for convenient storage of personal belongings and creating the right conditions for evening relaxation. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, toilet, cabinet with mirror and sink, as well as a set of cosmetics and towels. There is also a washing machine and a hair dryer, which will be ideal for longer stays and family trips. The whole room was designed in a subdued, calm color scheme, which promotes tranquility and relaxation. It's a thoughtful interior that combines the convenience of a home stay with the functionality of a hotel.

The apartment is located on Zaciszna Street in Rzeszów, in a quiet, green part of the city with convenient access to recreational areas and natural attractions. In the immediate vicinity stretches the Wislok River valley - extensive boulevards and pedestrian and bicycle paths allow daily walks, jogging and relaxation in nature. This is an ideal area for those seeking peace and quiet, yet close to nature in an urban setting. Approximately 1.6 kilometers away is the Gravel Lake, a popular place for relaxation in the summer season. Guests can take advantage of the swimming area there, the relaxation zone on the beach and water equipment rentals, making this spot ideal for spending a warm afternoon. The nearest bus stop is only 0.7 km from the apartment, providing quick connections to the city center and other districts. Rzeszow Market Square, the vibrant heart of the capital of Podkarpacie, is located about 4.3 kilometers away and can be reached by bus in a dozen minutes. At a similar distance is the Multimedia Fountain - known for its spectacular light and music shows - and the numerous attractions of the Old Town, including the Underground Tourist Route and the charming townhouses of the market. It is also worth mentioning the Lubomirski Castle, located 3.2 km from the apartment, which attracts lovers of history and architecture. The main railway station is about 4.5 km away, and the Rzeszow-Jasionka Airport is 16 km away and is an important transportation point of the region. The location of the apartment at 13 Zaciszna Street is a perfect compromise between tranquility, nature and access to the most important attractions of Rzeszów - an ideal base for both remote work and sightseeing in the Podkarpackie region.
