In need of a major redesign / overhaul. The room was large but bare, the bathroom could have been another whole bedroom it was so large. The shower was too small to bend over to wash your feet, but the bathtub was large enough for a family of 4\. Poor use of space. Eliminate the tub altogether and build modern showers like competing hotels. Strange commercial soap dispensers all over the place with cheap hand soap (there were 3 of them in the bathroom: shower, sink and tub). The bed had a low-quality mattress and no sheets, just a large blanket with teeny, tiny pillows, like something for a toddler. The windows were tiny and only opened partially. The TV was not smart, closet safe was non-functional, Strange paper signs on the main door of the hotel routing you around to a not so nice street to a dark side entrance. This hotel could be fine for business travel, I think they just need someone with better attention to detail (and design). Hotel znakomicie usytuowany w Centrum Rzeszowa bezpośrednio przy rynku. Niestety w pokoju brak klimatyzacji, a przy otwarciu okna słuchać cały tumult z rzeszowskiego rynku. Również usługa telewizji bardzo skomplikowana do uruchomienia - w końcu się poddałem. Internet działa prawidłowo. I had a very early morning flight out of Rzeszow and this was a great place to stay to explore the city a bit before I had to go. The front desk receptionist went out of her way to help me sort out Covid test options and make sure a cab was waiting for me bright and early in the morning. Det var det eneste positive. Vaerelset nedslidt med pletter paa gulvtaeppet og tapet der skallede rundt omkring. Ekstremt larmende - i hvert fald i weekenden - da hotellet ligger i centrum mellem adskillige natklubber og barer. Mit eget vaerelse ud til mindre passage med bar overfor. Umuligt at have vindue aabent. Nyrenoveret bad/toilet men stort set uden tryk paa vandet. Sengen var kort og smal med slidt madras. It also proved the ideal launchpad for our explorations of the local region, as the hotel is but a short walk from the train station. As for the hotel itself, the staff were friendly, the place was clean, the room was bigger and more comfortable than we'd hoped, and the breakfast was a massive plus. On the downside, it was a shame that the reception area happened to be undergoing renovations during our stay - but I suppose that is inevitable at some stage! - and the fitness facilities were unavailable because of the pandemic situation (though I do note that a lot of other hotels have re-opened their gyms).
