This bright and modern apartment with air-conditioned living room is designed for four people. The unit is located on the fourth floor and is decorated in a muted beige color scheme. This makes the interior cozy, yet elegant and subtle, which affects the comfort of the space. The apartment has a furnished balcony, which overlooks the green surroundings. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, as well as a large, capacious closet ideal for storing handy trinkets or brought clothes. The living room is equipped with a double sofa bed, two stylish tables in black, air conditioning and a dining table with four upholstered chairs. In the evenings, guests can relax while watching their favorite programs on cable television. Simple and quick meal preparation is made possible by a functionally furnished kitchenette with appliances such as a transfer coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, kettle and oven. In the bathroom, a welcome toiletries set with towels, a washing machine, a hair dryer and a towel dryer await visitors. This is a great place to relax for both short and long stays.

In one of them, visitors can enjoy such attractions as an outdoor gym, a charming fountain, bicycle and skate paths, picnic tables, a place to hold a barbecue, or an outdoor stage where various cultural events are held. Nearby public transportation stops make the place well connected to other parts of the city. The shopping center can be reached in just 11 minutes.
