"The Atta Terrace is a fantastic property that has superb views and facilities. The butler service will go out of their way to help you with any requests. "We stayed in one of the bigger rooms with the outdoor bath. Only fits one at a time for adults but the deck and upper deck are beautiful. Room is overall clean, big and kitchen was great considering the island food opens late and closes early. A car is needed to access and anyone visiting Yakushima needs a rental car. I don't think it is possible to enjoy it as much without one after being there. The staff and owners are wonderful people and really treat their guests like gold. The tankan juice...

"We stayed in the Deluxe room this time, the room is very clean and all rooms are seaview room. The breakfast is expectional, especially the Japanese Style breakfast, they offered the entire set meal with rice and 5 dishes. Also the Spa and Tiger beach offer the great experience and the price is fair. I recommend to stay in this resort for more than 1 day."

"I didnt like the beach access at this time. The beach was not open yet to swim or snorkel in. I also didnt like that they lock the gate to the beach at night so we couldn't go over to the beach area where it was darker to stargaze. Other than that the hotel was...perfection."
