With 10 units on the property, all with stunning water views, across the street from the ocean, and a short walk to Wallis Sands Beach. Unit 6 features a private deck with ample outdoor furniture for everyone to take in the breathtaking sites and sun. The Space: Now accepting 30+ night stays starting Jan 15th-April 30th. Note: We do allow larger parties to book multiple units at once. Please message us if you're looking to book multiple units to host a larger group. Harbor Serenity is a recently renovated, newly furnished 2-bedroom, 1-bath, single-level apartment sleeping up to 6 people in 2 queen beds and 1 sleeper sofa. This unit is one of two units in the side-by-side end dwelling. Important: We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Although Rye has a total area of 35.5 square miles, 64.45% of it (22.9 square miles) is wetland or marsh. The Town of Rye has the longest stretch of coastline of any New Hampshire coastal town and also contains four of the nine islands known as the Isles of Shoals which lie approximately ten miles off the Rye shores.
