Rye is known for it's beautiful unique beaches, tasty seafood, plenty of coastal fun and is ideally sandwiched between Hampton to it's south and Portsmouth to it's north. We had a great time at the house. It was perfect for our needs. Nicely decorated and well stocked. High end applicances and fancy toilets! Perfect location, and an ocean view from the living room. My only recommendation would be to clean up the outside area with the landscaping and removing some of the broken furniture and what appeared to be 'junk' along the driveway.
