If you are looking for fun, the Holiday Park boasts facilities such as Swimming Pools, Restaurant, Go-Karts, Mini Golf, Soft Play and plenty of evening entertainment for all the family. This 2 bedroom caravan, perfectly situated in a quieter area of the park with surrounding countryside. The master bedroom is a double with en-suite shower, WC and basin. The second bedroom is a twin room, plus a sofa-bed in the living room, sleeping a total of 6 people. The main family bathroom has a full bath complete with overhead shower , wc and basin. The Kitchen is fully equipped with an under counter fridge and separate freezer and also benefits from a washer/dryer. There is a large wrap around decking area to sit outside and enjoy the weather which boasts Rattan furniture comprising on 2 armchairs, 1 sofa, coffee table and extra fold up chairs and side table. LOUNGE – Modern sitting room with plenty of comfy sofa seating for all the family. TV with DVD, Netflix and Prime to connect to your accounts, perfect for those wanting a quiet break with films and a loved one. KITCHEN – Spacious fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Complete with washer/dryer. BEDROOMS – Master en-suite double room, with a twin room. Sofa bed in the living room. BATHROOMS – Main bathroom with full size bath, overhead shower, toilet and sink. Plus en-suite with shower, wc and basin. PARKING - Short distance away on a first come first served basis Pets - 1 small pet friendly (see house rules) Please note that Parkdean Resorts Camber Sands will not allow commercial vehicles, sign written vehicles or trailers on the site.
