This amazing house in Rye Beach allows you to smell the ocean air and hear the waves crashing while you sleep at night. This first floor luxurious two bedroom one bathroom 1345 sq. ft. unit is just a few hundred feet from Jenness state beach, local restaurants, general stores, a yoga studio and surfing shops where you can rent surfboards and get lessons. Spacious layout with open concept island kitchen, dining and living room with wood burning brick fireplace, full sized washer and dryer and central air conditioning. A comfortable 3-season sun room with wicker furniture has direct access to a private exterior deck with teak furniture, beautiful flowers and a gas Weber grill. This home also features a "beach bathroom" located off the two car garage so you can rinse the sand off before you head inside. It also has ample garage and driveway parking for 3-4 cars. Escape to this perfect location to relax and recharge. Only a short 15 minute drive to downtown Portsmouth, Hampton or Kittery Maine. The home was immaculately clean and fully stocked with beach essentials, including a wagon, chairs, umbrellas and toys. We felt at home right away. The home is beautiful and well kept. We had everything we needed to prepare meals. We especially liked the island in the kitchen! The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood. Landscaping was gorgeous and large yard for our 2 dogs to walk. Wonderful deck with gate so that we all could sit outside without worrying about our dogs. The home is a very short walk to beach. We really enjoyed our early morning, and sunset walks on the beach. We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Rye beach. A special thank you to Julie for helping us with our Chester, words cannot express our appreciation.
