"Advertised as a hotel (not Pontins) with an address that didn't match the booking one and lacking many of the basics you'd have in in anything resembling a hotel. One of the worst properties I've stayed in over 4 decades. A generally stand off ish and hostile undertone from the staffing on arrival, several serious defects and no warning about the bedding or towel shortfalls (unless you are one of their loyal customers who tolerate more than they should be expected to). Delightful Stopover Night.
"The position of the hotel was really wonderful - so close to the seafront and walks. The Hotel was comfortable, and staff very friendly. The Bay restaurant was excellent - a good choice and very well cooked and presented. Extremely helpful and friendly waitress. We will definitely return and book a bigger room. "
